Yoga

Promoting physical and mental well-being through stretching, breathing techniques, and meditation.  Here at the studio we hold all poses at least 30 seconds evoking mobility and stay clear from poses that could cause injury.  Keeping it simple we use bands and blocks to aid ourselves to get the most out of the experience; ending all sessions with meditation and a release of our daily stress.
